With experience working in more than five countries, Mr. Pradeep has expertise in Sales, Operations, IT, and Marketing functions. Starting his career as a software engineer and working in various positions in global organizations helped Mr. Pradeep master business skills and lead organizations from the front. With more than a decade of expertise working in business applications, his knowledge of business processes has helped numerous organizations develop from start-ups to successful ventures under his leadership. Mr. Shanmugam Singaravelu is the Managing Director of Panache Healthneeds Pvt Ltd. A veteran who served the state of Tamil Nadu Government as the Additional Director of Agriculture for 36 years is now entering the healthcare space to contribute his best and provide generous support to the Indian healthcare industry. A born businessman who is also an inspiration to many millennial entrepreneurs has multiple business ventures across the country, thereby setting himself as an example to his younger generation.

Mr. Shanty A. is the managing director of Panache Estrella Bonita and has more than 25 years of experience in solution sales. He has been striving and succeeding in building passionate, successful teams in all the domains that he has worked in. Mr. Shanty has expertise in Sales Management and Team Leadership, Product marketing and development, and budget planning. He is professionally skilled in Strategic Business planning, Entrepreneurship, and GTM strategy. He believes in people who spread positivity and whose actions speak louder than words.
Dr. Aizel Sherief (M.B.B.S., M.S. Ortho, D.N.B. Ortho (National Board), MNAMS, MRCS (UK), currently working as an Assistant Professor in Orthopaedics) is the Medical Director of Panache Healthneeds Pvt. Ltd. A highly skilled Sports Medicine and Joint Replacement Surgeon and entrepreneur with a specific focus on research in biomaterials, cartilage regeneration, and bone graft substitutes. He has dedicated his career to helping patients with sports injuries or joint problems recover and regain their mobility through advanced surgical techniques and innovative research. In addition to his medical pursuits, Dr. Aizel Sherief has a deep interest in world history, geopolitics, spirituality, and theology.
